Violet Syrup 1L Giffard
Giffard syrups are very popular in France. They are used to add a unique flavour to any drink - add to water, cocktails/mocktails, smoothies, granitas, fruit salads or ice cream. They are super versatile and long lasting - a little goes a long way!
This has a lovely aromatic violet flavour. Add violet syrup to berry compote and pour over granola for a delicious breakfast option.
Recipe idea: To create a sparkling flower mocktail, mix together 20mL violet syrup, 10mL raspberry syrup and 100mL sparkling water. Refreshing and unique!
